The Concord Account Administrative Center (AAC) is a valuable tool that allows customers
to administer and monitor their Concord Fax Online account online 24/7.
For administrators, the AAC provides master controls for creating and maintaining
user accounts and reporting.
Customers can also enable account administration through Web Services. It provides
the added advantage of connecting to Concord's network directly for advanced features
such as creating bulk user and assigning area codes.

This web-based application contains the following functionality:
Monitor fax usage activity and generate reports
- Account-wide view of user fax activity details
- Generate detailed reports by time period, geographic area, user or department
- Downloadable billing records suitable for importing into accounting applications
Administrator Features
- Customizable identification codes to allow reporting and billing by enterprise-specific
criteria (user/department/site/company)
- Supports hierarchical user and account management (i.e. user/department/site/company)
- Ability to enforce company-based policies (time zones, cover pages, file formats)
- Email domain filters for tight control of sending and receiving faxes
Manage user settings
- Edit user contact information
- Select file format for incoming faxes or cover page templates for outgoing faxes
- Select which type of notifications to receive (fax failed, fax succeeded, fax requests)
- Assign Fax numbers
Create and delete users
- Individual user creation Request Information
- Bulk user creation (mid-sized enterprise customers) Selectable area codes and phone
numbers (either through the AAC or Web Services)
