Concord announces availability of Concord Folder Fax, a Windows-based utility to automatically deliver ERP and legacy documents via the Concord IP Fax Network.

Concord Technologies announces the availability of Concord FolderFax, a Windows-based service utility designed to work seamlessly with the Concord Fax Online service.

"In that last five years, more mid-sized and even small-sized businesses have adopted ERP systems which automate the process of creating invoices, purchase order and statements. FolderFax was created to integrate these ERP or legacy application for the delivery of these documents via fax," said Christopher Moore, CEO and President of Concord.

As more companies combine their ERP/legacy capabilities with IP fax, there may be specific integration needs requiring the use of FolderFax. Once installed and configured, Folder Fax monitors one or multiple folders for outgoing documents that need to be faxed. It also supports production fax embedded codes including delivery confirmations. names, and recipient fax numbers. Other functionality includes options for cover pages and job scheduling (start dates, expiry dates), amongst others.
