Concord Announces New Redundancy Features for Enterprise Customers
Seattle, WA, September 22, 2006 – Today Concord announces new network redundancy
features designed to ensure continuity of fax communications in case of a catastrophic
event that disables one of its data centers. This represents a breakthrough in comparison
to typical disaster recovery network design, in that the new approach enables failover
of inbound fax traffic from one data center to another, a process that is not achievable
within the existing telephone network.

to design a failover solution that would allow the continued operation of inbound
fax services even in the case of a regional catastrophic outage." said Christopher
