Becoming a Concord Partner allows resellers and distributors to provide added value to customers who demand efficiency in their communications. Our programs are designed to help our partners build successful businesses and foster lasting partnerships between both parties.
Reseller Partner
As a reseller, you promote our products to your customers and introduce us to qualified opportunities that you find.
We will invoice and service your customer and you earn a commission on revenue generated from each account. We offer three different reseller tiers so you can choose one that best fits your commitment. There is no cost to participate in the Reseller Partner program.
Reseller partner program benefits, terms and expectations 
Wholesale Partner
As a wholesale partner, you will either utilize our technology to introduce your own branded, or white-labelled, fax product or will be embedding fax capabilities into your own online or on-premise software products.
With this program you invoice and service your own customers and we provide our services directly to you (at discounted prices). As a wholesale partner, you have complete flexibility over how the product is bundled, priced and sold and Concord provides extensive tools and hands-on support for your branding and integration efforts.

Technology Partner
As a technology partner, you have developed or support a level of integration between your own technology and ours. You likely operate in auxiliary markets to our own and you see value in introducing your customers to a fax vendor that you trust and that works well with your own technology.
Neither you nor we sell each other’s technology, nor do we earn any direct financial incentive from promoting the interoperability between our products or technology.
