Offering Concord Branded Fax Services

The demand for branded fax services is growing, both from application service providers (ASPs) and from voice over IP (VoIP) providers who want to enhance their product offerings and provide fax technology to their outsourced business offerings.

Concord is one of the few internet fax providers that offers private-labeled (white labeled) fax services. This can be done in either of two ways:

• Private-branding Concord Fax Online, using Concord's DID phone numbers
• Connecting to Concord's global IP network and using it to process all fax traffic by linking up the service provider's SIP /T.38 capable network.

With this last option, the ASP/VoIP providers can either use Concord's DID phone numbers, their own phone numbers, or both.

A key feature of Concord's Branded Fax Services is a web service which allows complete account management. Concord supplies service providers with SDKs and APIs to enable these web services which can then be used by partners to create, manage, or delete users, manage billing and job submissions for custom integrations.

VoIP providers can build a portal for both voice and fax capability. This integration process is transparent to the end user as all services would be originating from the ASP/VoIP provider, improving their brand recognition with their customer base.
