Bring Your Own Networks
What makes Concord unique is its leadership in the application of T.38 technology.
Our approach allows service providers with existing T.38 enabled networks or edge
equipment to simply connect to Concord for fax processing. All existing communications
traffic remains in the service provider’s network. A CLEC for example could simply
declare any number in their network to be a fax number and, using SIP/T.38, route
calls to that number to Concord for processing. The end user will subsequently receive
any fax as an e-mail attachment in a message appearing to originate from the CLEC’s
network, as a service the CLEC provided.

As an alternative to using an existing network, service providers may take advantage
of Concord’s global fax network to provide fax delivery in dozens of countries around
