Seattle, WA, November 20, 2006 – Today Concord announces the launch of its new brand-labeled internet fax solutions program. Under this new initiative, Concord’s OEM customers will be able to offer Concord’s award winning Internet Fax Services under their own private brand with fully customized web interfaces, notifications and confirmations. What makes this offering unique is that Concord’s industry leading T38 implementation allows CLECs and other communications service providers to use their own network for the branded fax service and still get the benefits of Concord’s enterprise class fax network, such as fully redundant, geographically dispersed data and processing centers, industry leading fax conversion technology, and 24/7 operations support.

“Many service providers have been shying away from providing a fax service because the hurdles of providing a reliable service were simply too great.” said Christopher Moore, CEO and President of Concord. “Our new OEM initiative enables those companies to do just that while keeping all of their communication minutes in their own network.”

Concord’s Internet Fax service enables service providers to instantly offer a branded fax solution that eliminates the reliability problems typically experienced with competing techniques such as fax over VoIP. The implementation of Concord’s branded fax solution leads to rapid increases in customer satisfaction and revenues.

“Using Concord’s new SIP based T38 network, service providers can generate incremental revenue without any CAPEX investment”, said Rich Tehrani, Publisher of IPTelephony. “Offering a branded fax service has never been that easy.”

Concord’s OEM team is now accepting orders with the first customers expected to launch in early 2007.
