COVID-19 Virus Update
We wanted to share an update regarding Concord’s preparedness and response to COVID-19 virus concerns. At present, there is no impact on services or degradation on the level of support Concord is providing. As part of Concord Business Continuity Planning, a pandemic scenario has been accounted for; the risk of impact is low. Please rest assured that Concord has capacity for providing continuous support for our customers, securely administering and managing the services.
At Concord, the well-being of our employees is critical to our success, and our Leadership Team has encouraged employees to practice pandemic safety protocols and to limit non-essential gatherings. Concord’s ‘on-call’ schedule is unchanged should emergencies arise where physical interaction may be needed.
Concord will continue to assess the situation as it progresses and will follow the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control, The World Health Organization, and governmental agencies where applicable.
